What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy for merchandise purchased in store, and a 14-day return policy for online orders. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to help within the timeframe of our policy with the original receipt for unworn merchandise.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
How can I return my order?
You can return an article up to 14 days after receiving it from our web-store.
The items you wish to return must not be worn or washed. You may try the items on to see whether they fit or meet your expectations but, if you intend on returning them, please ensure that any items of clothing do not pick up unpleasant odors. We check all returned clothing for stains, wear and odors.
Make sure you wrap the items, with their original labels, in their original packaging. Fill in the attached Return form and put it in the box with the items you wish to return.
Email customer service at info@artisandeluxe.com for a Return label for FedEx® on purchases above $100. Returning packages using a different courier is at your own risk. If anything should happen to the package, ARTISAN DELUXE cannot be held liable.
What are the rules concerning returning items?
Items that have not been worn and that still have the original label and packaging may be returned within 14 days after receiving them. You may try on the items (with the exception of underwear and socks) to see whether they fit and if the product meets your expectations. Underwear and socks may only be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Footwear is not to have been worn outdoors with noticeable use or break in lines.
At this time, exchanging items purchased online is treated as a return. When we receive the return package we will reimburse the amount, using the original payment method, to your account. You'll find all the details concerning our Returns policy on your invoice. If you wish swap for another size or product, we treat it as a return, and then you can simply re-order the new desired item.
What are the return options?
If the item was purchased for $100 or more you can request a free shipping label from info@artisandeluxe.com and it will be emailed to you.

Returning packages by your own choice of courier ARTISAN DELUXE is not liable if items are lost or damaged. Unfortunately, at this time our retail locations cannot accept returns for purchases made through ARTISANDELUXE.com. Products purchased online must be shipped to the returns department at the above address. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When will I receive my money back?
When we receive your returned article, the return amount will be reimbursed to you, using the original payment method. The amount will be reimbursed to your bank or credit card account within 2 weeks of your package being picked up.
How long does it take to process a return?
From the moment you've returned your order it can take up to a week before we receive your order at our Distribution Center. We check every returned order. As soon as this check has been made, we order the reimbursement of your payment. It can take up to a week for you to receive your reimbursement depending on your payment method (bank, credit card etc.).
Can I return an order if I no longer have the original box?
Yes. Please put the items you want to return in sturdy packaging (cardboard box preferably) so they will not be damaged.
